OFI-Levadeiakos 1-1: The Voiots have “detached” from last place – See the goals

OFI and Levadeakos drew 1-1 in Crete, in the context of matchday 1 of the Super League playoffs.

With this tie, the Boeotians came out of last place in the standings, however, they are still in the danger zone.

Nikas with a beautiful header gave the guests the lead in the 48th minute of the game, however, Bakic with… a lightning bolt from a direct free kick equalized for the Cretans in the 73rd minute.

Chances were split between the two teams in the first half, with OFI threatening a header on Groff’s goal in the 15th minute and Levadeiakos making it 1-0 with Pasalidis ten minutes later.

In the replay, the Boeotians were the ones who smiled, when in the 48th minute Gianniotas took a corner from the left, Nikas finished off with a header and sent the ball into the net, making it 1-0 for the visitors. However, OFI controlled possession for the rest of the game and on 73′ drew level with Bakits, after a direct free kick.
